"Patrick Breiner blew a startling, corkscrewing, unaccompanied improvisation on tenor sax that lasted for minutes without a break... it served notice that Breiner is a force to be reckoned with." - Dean Robbins, The Daily Page
"...a fiery brigand... Adopting a kind of manic two-step, he rocked furiously in a mesmeric dance with his own constantly evolving improvisations." - David Fitzgerald, Athens Flagpole
