January, 2011 Chicago, IL– Vandoren recently announced the release of the newest V12 cut for saxophone – the V12 for tenor saxophone.

Joining the V12 for soprano and alto saxophone, the new V12 tenor sax is the latest in a new line of reeds from Vandoren that is earning high praise from saxophonists around the world. Previously only available as a clarinet reed, the V12 cut produces a deeper, richer sound with more body to the attack and color to the tone.

“The first thing we heard after the V12 alto reeds hit the market was ‘These are great!
