Vandoren has officially opened doors to the Vandoren Musician’s Advisory Studio in Chicago, IL. The grand opening was on September 20 with numerous local artists and teachers in attendance including John Yeh, Teresa Reilly, Ernest Dawkins, Rose Sperrazza, David Tuttle, Michael Holmes and more. After over 20 years of success at the studio in New York City and a successful launch of the LA studio in January of this year, Vandoren is very excited to provide Chicago musicians with a space to rehearse, hang out, and try out all that Vandoren has to offer.
Stocked with the full-line of Vandoren products, the Chicago studio is open to all players, teachers, and students who are interested in finding the perfect setup.

New Vandoren Musical Advisor Alex Blomarz is excited to be part of the Vandoren Chicago team as they get set to hold the grand opening of their new Musician's Studio. Currently pursuing his MM in Jazz Composition at DePaul University, Alex serves as a specialist in jazz saxophone equipment at the new studio. A former middle school band director, Alex is currently an active musician in Chicago and across the Midwest.
Richard Brasseale is a classical saxophonist and teacher in the Chicago area. He has played with numerous Chicago based ensembles, such as Civic Orchestra of Chicago, Camerata Chicago, and Chicago Symphonic Winds. He has also performed with the Brevard Music Center Orchestra, Madison Jazz, and the Brevard ITCH New Music Ensemble. He's dedicated to help out saxophonists of all ages find their individual voice.
Michael Tran is a clarinetist from Florida. He has performed with the Ocala Orchestra. Currently, he is doing a master's in clarinet performance studying with Julie DeRoche and Steve Williamson.
